Help Desk Services / DMS (Desktop Management Services):
  • Receiving, recording & prioritization of service calls.
  • Monitoring & status tracking of all registered calls.
  • First line support
  • Coordinating with other vendors for under warranty calls etc.
  • Keeping users updated on request status.
  • Closing calls with customer confirmation.
  • Generate call reports and submit summary.
Server Management Services:
  • Orderly system start-up & shut-down of server.
  • Monitoring CPU utilization, disk space usage etc. using server management tools.
  • Resolving Server problems
  • Managing user accounts-creating / modifying / deleting users & groups.
  • Installation of OS, upgrades on the same Server, if required.
  • Back-up & DR of Servers
  • Maintain Log sheets of back-up taken.
Mail / Messaging System Administration Service:
  • Administration of mail servers at all locations.
  • Updating the server software by applying patches/ updates.
  • User account management.
  • Monitoring performance & mail boxes.
  • Implementation of mail policies.
Network Management Services:
  • Identifying LAN faults & getting them resolved through respective vendors.
  • Leased line/ WAN link management- generate trouble ticket after logging a call with leased line/WAN link provider and telephonic follow-up of the same.
Asset Management Services:
  • Create hardware asset database by recording information such as configuration details, serial number, asset code, warranty & AMC details.
  • Record of installation of new machines, movement within site locations, changes in configuration.
  • Create software inventory, record license, version number & registration details.
  • Notifying about contract renewals.
  • Maintain soft copy of all details.
Anti-Virus Management & Control Services:
  • At sites with on site support.
  • Updating the anti-virus tool on all servers, PCs/ Laptops on weekly basis
